No flour of any kind.... processed also means baked.... raisins are very high in sugar as well as carbs, but they are whole.... let me put it tp you this way... if it has an ingredients label, it is not a whole food. I know that is hard... but it i what i do. Also, cut all caffeine, and if you smoke, stop. Hope that helps as sucky as it all sounds.
