Hi Deb:
I'm new to this forum and I have been diagnosed with PCOS for around 8
years already. I am 38 years old now and still without a child. I wish
I had been more proactive in handling this disorder, as such, there is
still so much for me to know about the right diet for PCOS.
For the past three months, my main sources of carb have been brown rice,
whole wheat bread and whole wheat pita, raisins. Should I eliminate all
these from my diet?
Please help me.
thanks,
