HI DEB! You are going to be so busy, but I have the same request...could you please e-mail me at Legsm@aol.com. I was diagnosed this year and though I am not obese I need to lose about 25lbs. I walk 5-6 days a week and I have not had any luck with one single pound! Thanks!
