Could you also e-mail me at tm27bm10@aol.com and let me know what type of food you eat. I have pcos but im not really overweight maybe like 10lbs or so. Does this help regulate period also.

Hi...sorry I'm replying so late. The videos are to help put your body in alignment to burn fat faster. I won't lie and tell you that the exercises are easy..there's a lot of having to balance and in the beginning I wobbled around a lot. But it's not a lot of bouncy movements and fortunately, it really does work and it gets easier the more you do it.
