Hi, Lori.
Giving up caffeine (sodas and coffee) will give you a headache if you
were having them regularly (you can be addicted to it). If that's what
it is, it should go away in a few days.
I just started the diet yesterday. I hope my results will be as good as
yours, minus the headache.
