The nausea stopped after the first few weeks but the diarrhea persisted. I talked with my doc and she said to take one in the morning and two at night together and it has improved my diarrhea. I always take it with food. And if I am feeling at all like I am getting a tummy ache I take one Immodium. Now if I could just get knocked up!
