Welcome to this group. I know you will find lots of GREAT support here. There are several excellent books you might look for, and some great web sites. Here is a summary. Living with PCOS might be a good one to start, one your daughter can probably find useful Also, by diagnosing this in her teen years, she can help circumvent and slow some of the effects. For example, choosing lower carbs and avoiding starchy vegetables and foods and increasing exercise to every day a minimum of 30 minutes will do a lot ot improve how she feels about herself.
