I take catalyst with my silver pak as well as restore. I have also lost 11 inches total and have been on the product for 7 weeks. I would be happy to talk more if you had any questions. I personally know several people who have lost weight on the product so I tried it. Ilove it and I have tried just about everything out there. Don't lose hope, give it a good few months!
