try munching your way on cucumbers (which are carb free) carrots(semi-starched veggies) celery raw or not broccoli branches. you can eat as much of those as you like with nothing close to guilt your mind with mischief to a diet. on the contrary ..this will help boost your metabolism. also..pickled gerkings and roasted soy seeds or nuts which are an amazing sourse of protein.
