A quick glance at this eating plan was initially confusing. It looks like a low carb diet of someone's composition. I saw toast and starchy vegetables, and I also saw a choice between toast and cheese...these are two different foods, with different purposes. So, I am curious about the research that let to this eating plan being devised. I prefer some of the other plans that are more specific for Insulin Resistance.
