Hi,

very low calorie diets are not healthy becuase it is really too hard to get all your required nutrients in such a small amount of food. Also, you may have problems with your energy levels, and if you are hungry all the time certainly you will be miserable which goes against health and everythign else.

I reckon instead you should follow a low carb (cut out sugars, white flours, candies, fruit juice, soft drink, etc). and low processed foods diet. I saw someone describe the ideal as the 'God Diet' - ie. only eat what God made. Unprocessed or minimally processed foods.

Best wishes
