I have high cholesterol and high triglycerides with heart blockage. Insulin Resistant converts carbs to fats. I eat sensible fats not low fat as the fat is replaced by sugars, in other words carbs. Eat chicken, fish, lean meats, nuts, olive oil Not unsaturated fats, non-hydrogenated fats.

It is hard to choose as the normal eating plan may not work for PCOS/IR
