Sprirolactone and Yasmin for hirsutism

Hi, I just went to the gynecologist and confirmed that I have PCOS. After doing some research, I've found that, for hirsutism specfically, it is better to take both Yasmin (50 mg spiro) and also an extra dosage of 50mg of spirolactone to treat this symptom. I was wondering if anyone else has taken this amount of dosage and, if so, how successful was it in reducing hair growth? Thanks! Melissa
