is at the root of the problem. I would be worried by an endocrinolgist
that isn't already aware of that, and perhaps you should find a new
doctor. At the very least, it might be a good idea to get tested for
insulin resistance and to investigate metformin (an insulin sensitizer)
and the possibility of a lower carb diet. There are also a variety of
medications for the other symptoms of hair loss and facial hair. Perhaps
the other ladies will have more specific advice for you! Good Luck :)
