I'm sorry it took me so long to reply to you, I did some research and its know as: Birmingham Cardiac Diet Chemical Breakdown Diet 3 Day Diet The websites are: http://jadeesthetics.com/pages/chats/alabamawtloss.html and http://home.satx.rr.com/jasonrichard/chemical_breakdown_diet.htm. And I'd appreciate some investigation into it or even if someone has tried it out. ~ misty
