So, can you give us some idea of what you eat everyday, and how you make your choices? I think this is something you should share with WW, as they need to adapt to a healthy low carb eating plan, or at least offer it as a choice. I would be very interested in reading about what you have done exactly.I think their points system has some value, and what you have done sounds even better. Pat >
