http://www.fitday.com is a great site for tracking your carbs and exercise programs. Find yourself a good book that talks about carbs (and there are tons of web sites). Mostly for very low carbs it is protein and salads, avoiding the starchy vegetables, pasta and grains. When I go to Olive Garden, I order the entre with the pasta on the site. Pasta is just like paste. Not much nutrition there. And, the less you have, the better you feel. Pat
