Go to http://www.atkinscenter.com or buy the Atkins book. It will explain the whole program, and you'll understand what you can and can't do, and why. The website has a list of sample menus, and the carb count of some foods. You can also buy a food count book to get carb counts, with fiber and whatever else you want.

I think you mean 20 grams, not milligrams. It would be pretty impossible to eat only 20 milligrams. :-)

I have no idea how many carbs are in the Olive Garden's salad dressing. Most Itallian-style dressings have sugar added for flavor. You could certainly ask them.
