Hi, ten years ago I lost 70 pounds by eating a huge amount of salad/veggies with every meal and not eating protein and carbs at the same time. So, if I had salmon for dinner I wouldnt have any bread or pasta, just veggies. Or, if I had pasta, no protein in that meal.I could eat a ton of food so wasnt hungry and eating junk. it was just what and how I ate. I lost weight FAST. Unfortunately,after five years of skinny, I started eating bad food (lots of carbs and sugars) again and gained it back. Now that I know I have PCOS I am extra careful about eating and am back on the regimin. I have lost 20 pounds so far on Fit For Life, again. I have about 50 to go now.
