Hi Janet,

this is not really a clear answer, but it sounds like you are doing the right thing - based on how you are feeling. The amount of carbs we can eat and feel good is really individual and there is no hard and fast rule of thumb. Cutting out the refined carbs, going high fibre for those you do eat, and plenty of low carb veges is the right approach. Just experiment and see what you can eat and how it makes you feel. A lot of this is about being in tune with our bodies.
