Metformin and Glucaphage are not drugs one takes to loose weight. It is to regular insuline levels which as a side effect cause regulation in weight in some. If you haev PCOS and are not on Metformin, you are doing yourself harm... any Endo or Gyno will tell you the same. P.S. If you are not trying to get pregnant, you should also look into Spironolactone. It has done wonders for me in every category. If you want some tips... I can send you the eating plan I have been using, just please do not let anyone talk you into taking over the counter, quick-fix pills for losing weight... they will not help. P.P.S. Has anyone else been getting a lot more fat burner/weight loss pills lately? I fear someone is selling or using our email addresses and it is pissing me off.... just asking all of you... maybe I am just lucky. Deb (the jersey girl)
