I have been diagnosed with Insulin Resistance and PCO. I have read the book "The formula 40-30-30" and think it is very good. A very reputable friend of mine in the 'diabetic' professional world told me about it. This book is easy to read and it explains everything. I read it in about 3 hours. Good luck to you.

Eat healthy and remember to exercize, that is the key!!
