You kinda have to experiment..everyones body is different....regardless of the book or plan we need to eat healthy WHOLE foods (processed foods wreak havoc on our bodies)! Some people can handle more carbs, some cant... it may take a little bit of time to find one you are comfortable with and works, but its well worth the effort! Hope this helps :D I suggest looking into "The Insulin Resistance Diet" (amazon books) ..its more realistic and helps you with "cheating" :)) :P
