Look please dont take offense to my brashness, but COME ON!! Were human
beings! We need to learn to eat REAL food...not powders and pills etc :|
We need to adapt a way of eating that is not only healthy but one we can
LIVE with. Pills and that other crap is just going to keep you in this
vicious circle of weight ups and downs! Libby...personally to you..it
sounds like this is your web site and youre trying to get people to buy
buy buy....if not not disregard that..it just seems to "sound" that way,
plus your name was in the website address. Anyway... we need to do
what is best for our bodies..and pills (no caffeine or not) is not the
way to go. My opinion yes...but Ive learned the easy way out is never
the answer!!!!
