Deb,

When you did no/low carb you dropped cheese and hotdogs and cold cuts? Those are usually ok on a higher protein diet. What made you think of doing that? Also, how do you feel about shrimp? What about veggies in a can (ie peaches?)

The diet sounds very interesting.
