Since I have had so many stomach problems with the 3 x a day Glucophage, my fertility doc has prescribed Avandia 1 x day but before I can take it, she is making me get a liver function test and then once I go on it I have to have a test every two months. Has anyone else had to do this? Is it more dangerous to take Avandia once a day than to take Glucophage 3 times a day? Thanks!
