The article is not necessarily saying "carbs" per say..but refined ones and sugar!!! It says they need more research as far as Atkins goes. I think we eat too many refined/processed foods and that low fat is not the answer, but dont read into the article as promoting Atkins. It is saying that Atkins may be going somewhere and have some actual validity.
