Calcium - does it help weight loss?

I've read several articles lately (no, they're not sponsored by the American Dairy Association) which notes that eating 3-4 servings of dairy a day makes weight come off more quickly. Anyone find this to be true? The dairy is supposed to come from foods, not calcium supplements....things like cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, broccoli, sardines, etc.
