I have a little thing to say on this subject... i am sorry, but have tried EVERYTHING! There is only one way to lose weight and keep it off with PCOS. Whole foods only and 5-6 smalls meals a day. By whole foods i mean, nothing processed and little to no flour of any kind... if you think about it.. there are no foods that contain flour that are not processed, so there is no problem. I lost a lot of weight this way and I guarantee you, it is the only way. We are all in the same boat and if we do not eat constantly, our metobolism slows and cannot process anything correctly... by taking a supplement that curbs hunger, we are setting ourselves up for a fall... a hard one. Please consider this plan. It costs nothing extra, though it is more expensive to eat only whole foods. But it is worth it. A few added things... drink 1 1/2 gallons of water per day everyday for the rest of your life... it is great for you. Do not cheat.. if you eat flour, that is tortillas, bread of any kind, pasta... see how you feel in 15 minutes...i guarantee you, you want to take a nap.. then try a whole foods meal and see how you feel... all energy. If anyone wants more info on what i do to lose, my advice is free and I am not selling anything... i am only trying to share what i have learned. God Bless, Deb
