I am not sure how this works....but here goes..... I am 47 and had to have a total hysterectomy last June. Since that time, I have gained 20 pounds that refuse to come off, even though I am eating sensibly and exercising. After reading about insulin resistence, I am wondering if I could have this and if there is a test to determine thjs. Can you help with some information..and what is "pcos"? Thank you for your time. Natalie
