Any help you can give >me would be greatly appreciated. > Thank You, > Diana Hi i have had pcos for 13years and i still dont find that i am any further forward to finding a cure (for the pain let alone the weight) but on one web site a lady was saying that she cut out all processes sugar in her diet and she had lost all the extra weight and her periods were returning to normal she did say that as of yet she wasnt ovulating (i cant spell to save my self) but within herself she was feeling one hundred percent better so i thought why not give it a try afterall it cant be any worse than some of the diets i have been on i have only just started it so fingers crossed it might help. Another thing she pointed out which i had no idea of was that pcos was also linked to diabetes (might explain the weight) ive not been checked for this but i have an appointment in a weeks time hopefully ive not got it but as i said u never know. I wish you all the best for the future and hope that soon you will be able to play with your kids again luv Liz
