Hi Kristi,

I had an eight week follow up appointment this week and my Endo said she felt I had "Syndrome X". I am insulin resistant and she thinks I will develop diabetes within five years as I'm borderline 141 now. I will start to gather info so I can understand this. She did say exercise was key to my health.
