Hi Deb,
You know, I understand why I crave those carbs, as explained to me by
the endocrinologist, but it almost over-rides my senses sometimes. And
I do feel better when I stay plant-based and protein rich. But after
awhile, I have the hardest time eating protein. It's like I have to gag
it down, whatever it is. So I turned to soy protein drinks with green
something-or-other in it (health food store stuff) and I feel pretty
good ingesting it. I guess I am just in a spot right now of being
really disgruntled. I feel whiney! I feel like standing on my rooftop
and hollering, "I'm not going to take this anymore!" Ha, ha.
