I'm on a diet right now that is wonderful. Im losing weight, and my ir is
controlled. now, there's 2 ways that you can do it. first my doc
recommended to me a book called "the Zone" this book details the diet that
i'm on very well. Herbal Magic (if you've heard of it) is in Canada that i
know of, but not sure if it's in the states. this program is much like
weight watchers, but the diet that they use is very very similar to the
zone, plus the added support from the girls there is wonderful. personall
my diet goes as followes:
per day: 3 protein servings
4 vegetable servings
3 fruit servings
1 dairy
2 fats
2 startches
Now, these servings can be combined in any combination, and whenever i like.
just note that the startches must be low carb, (whole wheat, ect) and
everything must be low cal, or fat free. i can still have a diet coke if i
want to, but only 1 a day. if you want more information on this diet,
please email me thanks
Jill
