Water pills? diuretics??? If you DO take those... and BE CAREFUL.. if you DO, make sure they are potassium-sparing or you will need to take potassium supplements additionally. And NEVER take diuretics consistently... only sporadically. They are bad for you.

Furthermore, the chromium GTF is fine to take with gluco... since you are only on 500mg you should have no problems at all. The GTF is mostly a problem if you are insulin dependent, since using GTF may decrease your need for insulin, and this may cause havoc if you aren't aware of it and keep using the same amount of insulin (and have a reaction).
