I find that personally, nothing works as well as eggs at keeping me physiologically stable. So, I vary eggs. Fried, scrambled, poached, etc. My new favorite is scrambled eggs in a low-carb tortilla with chopped onions and hot sauce, to make a breakfast burrito.
