Hello Mark... about your question... After a long travel around the world in a nice cruise ship I took 17 Kilos... only after combine jogging with good alimentation I loose most of them... ( I need some months more...) The main objetive of a diet should be to enjoy a better and more natural alimentation, for loose weigth... do sport!
