Diana,

I don't have PCOS, but the low carb diet has done great for me and it's not all that expensive I'll give you the list of Do's and Don'ts my PA gave me with this diet: You Can have: Meat Cheese Green Veggies Salid Mushrooms Whole Wheat No sugar bread

Can Not Have: Sugar(anything that has sugar in it) Flour(anything that has flour in it) corn raw carrots rice pasta potatoes

I am really overweight seriously, and I managed to lose almost 40 pounds in two months. I wish you lots of luck cause diets can be hard to stick to at times takes alot of willpower. I know I have had a hard time lately sticking to mine but I am tring to get back on track, have had some other health problems and have let them get me depressed but I am tring my best to work through them. Good luck and take care! Lori
