I have PCOS and am taking Glucophage 500 mg and went off the pill (hoping to lose some weight as well) to see if the Glucophage would help to reduce the pounds off of me. I was wondering about taking Chromium and other GNC products to help the weight loss along, but was advised by someone not to do that since I am on Glucophage and also it would have an adverse side effect while taking Glucophage. I was advised to take water pills instead and drink 6 glasses of water a day. Is this true? I am very confused! -- Rebecca B.
