Hi,

Yes I cheat. I usually only have 1 serving of bread a day versus the 6 they want. I try to make it wheat bread also. I eat more fruits and veggies, so the fruits are cheating.

I was doing eggs for breakfast and salads for lunch all the time and that's it, but it was impossible to keep it up. Now I just limit heavily the portions I have.

Same goes for sodas.
