Glucose Support Supplement

I have found a supplement that helps keep my blood sugar on an even level. It contains all of the supplements that I have seen many people mention here, such as: Vitamin E, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Chromium, Lagerstroemia, Bitter Melon, Gymnema sylvestre, Vanadyl, Jerusalem artichoke, Fenugreek, Milk thistle, Ginko, Bilberry, Alpha lipoic acid and citrus bioflavonoids.

I found it at a local pharmacy that carries nutritional support. It is called Glucose Support by Kaye's Pharmacy. They have a web site, I do not know if they ship their product but it might be worth a shot http://www.kayesrx.com. I brought the supplement with me to a doctor that supports, researches and recommends natural remedies for illnesses and he told me that the supplement was in a good balance with the minerals and herbals. The suggested dosage is 3 capsules daily with meals. Because my stomach is sensitive because of the met and acid reflux I take 1 capsule 3 times a day. Since I have started taking it my sugar levels have been more even through out the day and not so much like a roller coaster and I seem to be metabolizing much better too. I just thought I would share!
