My in-laws own a General Nutrition Center and I have had the luxury of trying MANY protein drinks...I am very picky, but have found a few that are pretty good (I also use them at b'fast time).

I recommend:

Myoplex Low Carb (ready-made drink boxes are convenient but it also comes in powder for mixing) Approx. 20g protein/3g carb

100% Whey by Optimum Nutrition in chocolate is also delicious. Approx. 22g protein/2g carb.

Designer Protein is also good in the malt flavor. Approx. 35g protein/5g carb.

I could go on and on with good protein bars and drinks, but this is a good start...let me know if you need more recommendations...many of these are acquired tastes, so I can make other suggestions as well!
