THANKS PANACEA, oops, i guess i will see what the endo says next month. we do not have one in my town so i had to really ask my gyn for the met. i dont really know what the best doses for me are. i will stay with my perscribed met 500 X 2, (and the 200 mg of crom. once a day, that i am taking on my own. thanks. liz
