I emailed the woman who was promoting this on the Cycster website and she and her husband said that for me (140 lbs) I need 1/2C of carob powder per day. I mix it with a blender with 1 cup soy milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp cinnamon. Oh! and 1/2 - 1 c ice. It doesn't taste too bad... My store was out of it for a while though so I am just getting back into using it and I told the store to stock up!

Just for an FYI - the woman used 1/4c mixed with her coffee in the morning (whisked into it) and 1/4c at night blended with soy milk.

The website said that they didn't want people having to email people for information. If there was informationt to be shared it should just be shared on the website. Also, the website said it could not be proven that carob works. I guess there is conflicting reports... ??? Everything I have read or heard sounds good enough for me to try it though!!!
