Virgin coconut oil actually *is* more desirable to cook with than olive oil, for instance. I went and bought a gallon of it and then found out that on the diet my doctor put me on, I can't have anything whatsoever to do with coconut. My husband doesn't like it. So I have this unopened gallon of coconut oil along with a cookbook on what to do with coconut. I'm wondering if anyone here wants to buy a gallon of coconut oil and the cookbook. It cost me just around $60.00 but I'm willing to resell it for $40 to try and recoup some of my loss.
