I used the Dr. Bernstein diet at the Laurier/Bank clinic in Ottawa.

This is an excellent diet.

I completed the restricted diet and a maintenance program and have now enjoy whatever food I want. Some of the nurses often told me "Everything in moderation". After being on the diet, I now have very different interests than before. I enjoy eating more than before and have no difficulty with hunger like I did before the diet. I also have very good energy levels and stay cooler easier.
