I know that my doctor put me on Chromium GTF - glucose tolerance factor - which is better than picanolate (I've heard people getting jittery on it). My doc has me on 200 mcg doses (1 pill) 3x a day with food. I have no noticeable side effects. The stuff stinks though. Real funny smell - like bad peanut butter!

I have noticed a distinct lack of "sugar highs" since going on it and also whether this is related or not I do not know but my facial hair is easier to manage all of the sudden!
