-- Hi, my name is Clare, I have pocs, I have stumbled over your message by accident but I am amazed by it. I have beeen following a Slimming world regime since oct 2001 and since doing so my periods have returned on a regular basis, my hair thinning seems to have improved, I feel very well in myself and I have lost 28lbs, it would be more but I am a lax dieter who does not always stick to the plan. still, I can reccomend the diet as its benefits have been enormous to me. Clare. X p.s GOOD LUCK! (18/04/02)
