Hi Pat :^)

~~ I too have noticed the tendencey to forget about low glycemic vegetables, when talking about 'low carb diets'. What do you mean by 'low processed carb diet'. It encourages you to choose more pure and less processed carbs, that is for certain. Pat ~~

That's exactly what I mean by 'Low Processed Carb' diet; it's what we should all be aiming for. If you follow that guideline, you'll automatically eat a Lower Glycemic diet. The more processed the food, the higher it is on the glycemic index, right? And if you follow that guideline you automatically reduce/limit your carbs. A Win/Win situation... We just have to fight that darn Sugar craving LOL
