There is a book called "The Insulin Resistance Diet" I just read it myself & have been trying it for 3 days, so far the only thing I have noticed is I am less tired but it sure seems like I am eating a lot to be trying to lose some weight but the book says it is bad to " go hungry" so I am trying to eat something "good:" everytime I am hungry.
